When renting a chocobo, you can only rent it until midnight, then you can only rent another one when it opens at 9am. Make sure you do get some feed for it as well so that you can feed it on your journeys.
Renting
Young – 50 gill
Middle aged/teens – 200 gill
Older – 300+ gill
When buying a chocobo, we suggest you do have to the feed and home provided for it. You can buy a couple and then breed them to get some other chocobos. The mature ones are around middle aged to older.
Buying
Young – 100 gill
Middle aged/teens – 400 gill
Older – 500+ gill
Feed
10 gill for 3 bags
20 gill for 5
45 gill for 20
The chocobo’s do come in different colours, so when you want to rent or buy one, make sure you say what colour you wish your chocobo to be.
